Domestic Shipping: Flat-rate shipping of $12 within the United States for standard orders.

International Shipping: Please contact us before placing an international order.

Ready-to-Ship Bibles: Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days.

Custom Bible Commissions: Your reserved production week is the anticipated start of production, not a delivery date. Most custom Bibles ship within 1–2 weeks after production begins.

Customers are responsible for shipping their Bibles to Sofield Leather. Please wait for shipping instructions before sending your Bible.

Returns & Craftsmanship

All sales are final. This includes Curated Bibles, One-of-a-Kind Bibles, and completed custom commissions. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes in preference or buyer's remorse.

At Sofield Leather, we take great pride in our craftsmanship. Every Bible is carefully inspected before shipment.

Leather is a natural material. Variations in color, grain, texture, and natural markings are characteristic of genuine leather and are not considered manufacturing defects.

If your order arrives damaged, contains a manufacturing defect, or includes an error made by Sofield Leather, please contact us with photographs. We will evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Custom Commission Deposits & Cancellations

A $100 deposit reserves your selected production week and is credited toward the final cost of your custom Bible commission.

  • Before design work begins: Your deposit is fully refundable.

  • After design work begins: Your deposit becomes nonrefundable.

  • If Sofield Leather declines your commission or determines your Bible is unsuitable: Your deposit will be refunded, less actual return shipping expenses if your Bible must be shipped back.

Final pricing and design specifications require customer approval before production begins.

Order Acceptance

Sofield Leather reserves the right to decline orders or commissions involving unsuitable content, materials, or Bible editions inconsistent with our published requirements. Any payments received for orders declined by Sofield Leather will be refunded, subject to applicable return shipping expenses.
